Abstract:       


In the era of Imam al-Mansur Ali bin al-Mahdi, Abbas witnessed internal disturbances as a result of his policy which led to economic and political crises which worsened greatly in the last years of his rule. This weakened the situation of the country and this stage constituted an important turning point in Yemen's history and contributed to creating events that influenced the march. The historical history of Yemen until it was almost a starting point for the political transformations of the stages that followed, and that this importance for that stage was the reason to choose the subject of the subject of research.


The state of Al-Qasim was not only the result of the policy of Imam Al-Mansour, as well as the political and social unrest that made Yemen live in a climate of crisis beyond. In order to arrive at a closer study of this stage, the research was divided into two sections. The first included the reign of Mansour bin Ali al-Mahdi, Abbas and his personality and the administrative structure of his rule. The second topic concerned the political, economic and human factors that led to the disturbances in his reign. Led to the weakening of the authority of the state and the rise of tribal and regional rebellions, and ended with a conclusion that shows the most important conclusions reached
