The objections of Imam Ibn al-Dajeeq al-Eid (d. 702 AH) to the scholars by writing his proposal in a statement of terminology

Abstract

The current research encompasses (The Objections of Imam Ibin Dakeik Al-Ead born at(702) on the scientists through his book Al-Eqtirah fi Bayan Al-Istilah) in the field of terminology of Hadeeth. I have divided this research into a prologue, two parts and an epilougue with the most important references and resources that I have relied on in this study.

The first part has been dedicated to talk about Imam Ibn – Dakiek (May Allah mercy him) and about his Book Al – Eqtirah fi Bayan Al – Istilah. The first part has included the following:

Section One: His name, descent and birth.

Section Two: His Knowledge.

Section Three: His Masters and Students.

Section Four: His Classifications and The Scholars' Praise upon him and His death.

Section Five: A description for His Book Al – Iqtirah fi Bayan Al – Istilah.

Section Six: The Terms used in The Objections.

Also, this research in its first part has contained the Imam's most important objections against the scholars as well as some other points as follows:

Section One: The Definition of the Correct Hadeeth.

Section Two: In the Saying of Imam Al – Tirmuthy in that the Hadeeth is The righteous.

Section Three: In the imparted Hadeeth.

Section Four: In the vocalization of Hadeeth.

Section Five: In the allowance.

Section Six: In the listening and memorization.

Section Seven: The Politeness of the narrator.

At last, the findings obtained from this research.
